Warranty eligibility, duration and exclusions are checked against the exact product, supplier and purchase channel. Marie Trade does not claim ROAM dealer status or provide an unverified lifetime warranty.

Send proof of purchase, product identifier, issue description and photos to support@marietrade.com. Customer care will help determine the applicable repair, parts or manufacturer process. Normal wear, cosmetic marks, misuse and transport damage are not automatically covered; actual supplier terms and applicable rights control.
