Orders, products and prices
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and check product specifications, dimensions, materials and suitability before purchase. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Availability, applicable taxes, delivery costs and the final total are disclosed during checkout or order confirmation before payment. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself confirm dispatch. If a material listing error is found, we will explain it and seek agreement before proceeding, or offer cancellation and any applicable refund rather than making an undisclosed substitution.
Payment and delivery
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are supported subject to the options presented for your order. Enter payment details only in the secure payment flow; never email full card numbers or security codes. Delivery destinations, costs and estimates follow the shipping information presented for the order. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Contact customer care promptly about delays, damage, incorrect goods or cancellation requests.
Returns and assistance
The existing returns policy applies, including its request window, item-condition requirements, shipping responsibilities and refund process. Contact customer care for return instructions before sending goods. Product-specific restrictions must be disclosed before purchase and do not remove mandatory remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. No additional return fee or shorter return period is introduced by these terms.
